Annual Financial Statements as at 31st December 2012 is available to the public

CAD IT S.p.A. announces that the Consolidated and Draft Financial Statements as at 31st December 2012, together with the Reports of Auditing Firm and of the Board of Statutory Auditors, were made available today to the company’s registered office and Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

Furthermore the Company informs all that, the Remuneration Report, the Directors’ Report in accordance with art. 125-ter Leg. Dec. no. 58 of 24th February 1998 on the proposals concerning the order of the day at the ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting summoned for 29th April 2013 and the Corporate Governance Annual Report, including all relevant information regarding the ownership structures pursuant to art. 123-bis of the Leg. Dec. no. 58 of 24th February 1998, were also deposited in the same above mentioned offices.
