Deposit documents for Shareholders' Meeting

CAD IT S.p.A. announces that the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors on the Annual and Consolidated Financial Statements were made available to the company’s registered office and Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

Furthermore the company informs all that, the Directors’ Report on the proposals on the agenda of the ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting was also deposited in the same above mentioned offices. Note that the External Auditors’ Reports were deposited together with the Draft Annual and Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31st December 2009, on 16th March 2010.
