Deposit of documents after Shareholders' Meeting

CAD IT S.p.A. hereby gives notification that the Financial Statements as of 31/12/2009, approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 29/04/2010, together with all the accompanying documentation required by the laws in force, and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of the aforementioned date, have been deposited at the Company Head Offices and Borsa Italiana S.p.A.. The Shareholder Meeting Report will also be available within the terms dictated by the law.
The dividend relating to the 2009 financial period has been set at Euro 0.25 per share, gross of legal tax deductions, and payment will be made, through authorized intermediaries, as of 13^th May 2010 following the release of coupon no. 11 on 10^th May 2010.
