Half yearly report submitted at 30th June 2009

In accordance with legal requirements and rules in force, the half yearly financial report at 30.06.09, together with the auditing report, has been submitted, and is available to anyone on request, at the legal headquarters of CAD IT S.p.A and at the Borsa Italiana S.p.A. furthermore it can be consulted in the Investor relation sector to be found in the company’s internet website (www.cadit.it).
