OPT-OUT regime: process of regulatory simplification adopted

CAD IT, software & services company listed in the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana, announces that, pursuant to art. 3 of Consob Resolution no. 18079 of 20^th January 2012, has decided to adopt the regulatory simplification regime permitted by articles 70, paragraph 8, and 71, paragraph 1-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99 (as subsequently amended), exercising the right of exemption from the requirement to publish the prescribed informative documents in the event of significant mergers, spin-offs, capital increases by contribution in kind, acquisitions and disposals.
