Publication of the quarterly periodic financial information

Following the communication issued to the market on 10th November 2016 upon approval and publication of the 2017 financial calendar, with reference to the “additional periodic financial information” (Article 82-ter of the “Regulation on Issuers” adopted with Consob Resolution no. 11791 of 14th May 1999 and subsequent amendments), CAD IT S.p.A. (“Company”) announces that it will continue to make available to the public their interim management reports as occurred to date, according to term and forms used in previous financial years, in order to ensure consistency and information transparency, making particular reference as regards the contest, to the provisions of Article 154-ter, paragraph 5 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 in force prior to transposition of Directive 2013/50/UE (according to information contained in Borsa Italiana Notice no. 7587 of 21st April 2016).

The interim management reports will be approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, according to the timing of the financial calendar, issued yearly pursuant to Article 2.2.3 paragraph 3, letter a) of the “Rules of the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.”, regarding to companies listed in the STAR segment of MTA market, and published within 45 (forty-five) days of the end of first and third quarter of financial year.

The interim management reports will be made available to the public at the CAD IT S.p.A. registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., as well as in the Investor Relations section of the Company’s internet website www.caditgroup.com and on the “NIS-Storage” authorized storage mechanism for regulated information at www.emarketstorage.com.
