Variation to events calendar 2005

CAD IT communicates that it will be taking advantage of the exemption laws recognised by articles 82 and 82 of the CONSOB decision n. 14990 to not publish its second quarter. A calendar of the company’s events, which shows variations to the previous one published on the 27th January 2005, is the following:

• Friday 12th August 2005: Board of Directors meeting to examine results on the 30th June 2005. At the closing of the markets some synthetic results will be given, for market information purposes, regarding the progress of the second quarter.
• Tuesday 13th September 2005 (in place of 16th September): Board of directors meeting to approve the 2005 semester.

Furthermore the company would like to communicate that, as requested by article 81 and introduced by the CONSOB decision n.149990, the semester report on the 30th June 2005 will be published in accordance with conditions laid down by the transitory body and will be published as requested by the New Market rules of the Italian stock market.
