CAD IT S.p.A. announces that the Consolidated and Draft Financial Statements as at 31st December 2014, together with the Reports of Auditing Firm and of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Corporate Governance Annual Report, including all relevant information regarding the ownership structures pursuant to art. 123-bis of the Leg. Dec. no. 58 of 24th February 1998 have been published in the Investor Relation section on the Company’s internet website (www.caditgroup.com), at the authorized storage mechanism for the regulated information called "1INFO” on the website www.1info.it and made available, to anyone on request, at the Company’s registered office of CAD IT S.p.A. and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
